6 in 1 transport cart
The 6 in 1 transport cart that made of SUS304 material ensures a stable cart and antirust in daily use. With huge positioning pins and rubber mat on the base of the cart, LED panels can be easily and accurately put on the base, the rubber mat help protect the bottom coating while putting led panels on it. The two side structures can be locked easily with 4 fast locks, also they are easy to unlock and be apart from the cart.
Road Truck Transportation
A whole LED perimeter screen system of 250m long can be loaded to a 40ft container truck. To maximumly decrease transport cost, SignsTec engineers did many calculations to find the best LED panel size and transport cart size, so to let it possible to put the whole system in a 40ft container truck. 156pcs of 1600*900mm LED panels will be packed in 26 transport carts made of 3mm thickness SUS304 material, spare parts LED panel and accessories will be packed in flight cases.
High Brightness & Redundant Signal Data and Power Supply
Our perimeter LED screen’s brightness is up to 5500nits even higher. Product Passed All Certifications. Our products have been certified by CE (including EMC & LVD), RoHS, ETL, FCC, CB, IECE, KC, PSE, etc; In order to avoid black-out screen during the events, we can provide a signal back solution. When one of the signal cables breaks down, the screen is still able to display the live-feed or advertising content. Meanwhile, backup power supply is also feasible. When the power supply fails, the screen won’t appear black.
